Benefits are paid direct to the client when the in-patient claim has been approved, and before treatment takes place. The customer is responsible for settling all inpatient invoices with the hospital directly, and the customer can keep any savings made from the fixed-price policy, tax free. However, the customer is also responsible for any shortfalls if the procedure costs exceed the benefit paid by Freedom.

Freedom has been running for just over 6 years, and offer policies for individuals, families and companies. 3 levels of inpatient cover are available, with out-patient treatment an optional extra. They also offer a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cover. There is a compulsory excess of £100.
