Deborah Kleiner-Gaines, Managing Director and Founder
Debbie set up Best Health Business in Bristol and London in 2001 and since 2008, her focus has been on growing the business whilst still providing excellent personal service.
She started working in the family health insurance business in 1999, and soon after joined Norwich Union (now Aviva) where she gained vital insurer experience in preparation for her future-career as an intermediary.
Debbie really enjoys ‘going the extra mile’ for her clients, delivering value with a friendly, personal service. She is also dedicated to improving the industry. She became Treasurer of the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII) in 2010 to assist in the association’s aims, and regularly contributes to articles in Health Insurance Magazine. She has also written for Corporate Advisor. She is currently PR spokesperson for AMII.
Lizz Wookey, Senior Advisor
Lizz joined Best Health in January 2010 as an Individual Health Insurance Adviser with a background in sales, marketing and customer services.
Liz is passionate about building long-term client relationships. In previous roles, she has dedicated herself to providing prudent advice and finding solutions to problems, thereby delivering an extremely high standard of client care.
Simon Kelly, Senior Adviser
Simon joined Best Health in 2011 as a Company Health Insurance Adviser.
Simon has worked for AXA Life, HSBC Life and started working in the Health Insurance industry with Simplyhealth in 2007. With a Project Management and Business Analysis background in Banking and Insurance, his excellent attention to detail ensures that clients receive excellent information both throughout their policy year and at renewal.
Simon is dedicated to building and maintaining strong client relationships and in previous roles has delivered an extremely high standard of client care by quickly finding solutions to problems and by providing prudent advice.
